10 minute walk to Old City, 20 minute walk to Western Wall Kotel, Very close to shops, restaurants & food stores. 1 block to luxury spa and famous Mt. Zion Hotel. Very close to Dan Boutique Hotel, King David Hotel, Inbal Hotel. Close to German Colony, Yad Moshe, Emek Rafaim, Bak’a, Sultan’s Pool,  restaurants and huge swimming pool with water slides. Your walk to the Old City mostly takes you through parks and quiet neighborhoods. It has spectacular views of the Old City from the Living Room, Dining Room, and Master Bedroom.

Beautiful park with playground right across the street. (Great for children.) Lots of restaurants and cafes practically ocross the street. Located in Giv’at Hananya (Abu Tor), at the crossroads of Emek Refaim and Bak’a, near the Cinematheque. This is an affluent neighborhood popular with diplomats, college professors, rabbis and think tanks. it is also extremely popular with international residents with many journalists, UN and European Commission employees choosing to live there.  Food market in walking distance.
